MyVisaBiz is an advertising platform. We are not a law firm and not a brokerage.

We publish listings and attorney profiles submitted by third parties. We do not provide legal or immigration advice, do not broker business sales, and do not verify the figures shown.

1. What MyVisaBiz is

MyVisaBiz is an online advertising platform. We publish listings and directory profiles submitted by third parties. We are not a law firm, not an immigration adviser, not a licensed business brokerage, not a real estate broker, and not a financial adviser. We do not represent buyers or sellers, do not negotiate, and are never a party to a transaction.

2. Accounts

You must give accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity on your account. Brokers and attorneys need an active paid subscription to publish. We may suspend or remove an account or listing that breaks these terms.

3. Listings and content

Brokers and sellers are solely responsible for their listings, including financial figures, lease terms, employee counts, and any E-2 related statements. MyVisaBiz does not audit, verify, or endorse this information. Do not post content you do not have the right to publish, and do not post misleading claims about visa outcomes.

4. Confidentiality agreements

Detailed financials are released only after you sign the confidentiality agreement presented on a listing. That agreement is between you and the party disclosing the information. MyVisaBiz records the signature and passes your qualification answers to the listing broker so they can respond.

5. Attorneys in the directory

Attorney profiles are paid advertising. Listing an attorney is not a recommendation, referral, or certification of competence. Any engagement, fee arrangement, and scope of work is agreed directly between you and that attorney under their own terms.

6. Fit scores and tools

E-2 fit scores, calculators, treaty-country checks, checklists, and AI search results are informational estimates built from data supplied by others. They are not a prediction of a visa decision and must not be relied on as legal advice.

7. Subscriptions

Paid plans renew for the period selected until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

8. Acceptable use

No scraping, reselling listing data, spamming brokers or attorneys, circumventing confidentiality agreements, or contacting a business's owners, staff, customers, or suppliers outside the process the broker sets.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The platform is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyVisaBiz is not liable for investment losses, visa denials, inaccurate listing information, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Questions can be sent to legal@myvisabiz.example.
