MyVisaBiz is an advertising platform for businesses marketed to E-2 treaty investor visa buyers. This policy explains what we collect and who it goes to. We are not a law firm or a brokerage, so we never act as your representative in a transaction.
Information we collect
Account details (name, email, company, role), listing and attorney profile content you publish, inquiry and confidentiality-agreement submissions (including nationality, budget, timeline, and funding source you choose to share), saved searches, and basic usage data such as listing views.
How we use it
To run your account, publish what you ask us to publish, deliver inquiries and lead summaries to the relevant broker or attorney, send alerts for saved searches, provide analytics to the broker whose listing you viewed, prevent abuse, and improve the product.
Who sees your information
When you send an inquiry or sign a confidentiality agreement, the listing broker or attorney receives your contact details and a qualification summary of your answers. Published listings and attorney profiles are public. We do not sell personal information.
Automated summaries
We use an AI model to turn your search wording and your qualification answers into structured filters and a short brief for the broker. No decision with legal effect is made automatically, and these summaries are not legal advice.
Service providers
We rely on hosting, database, authentication, email, payment, and AI providers who process data on our behalf under contract. Data may be processed in the United States.
Retention
Account and listing data is kept while your account is active. Inquiries and signed confidentiality records are kept as long as needed for the transaction and for our legal records. You can ask us to delete your account data at any time.
Your choices
You can edit or delete your listings, saved searches, and profile from your dashboard, turn saved-search alerts off, and request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data by emailing privacy@myvisabiz.example.
Cookies and local storage
We use essential cookies for sign-in sessions and browser local storage for your checklist progress, recently viewed businesses, and confidentiality-agreement receipts. No advertising trackers.
Children and changes
The platform is not intended for anyone under 18. We will post any material change to this policy on this page with a new effective date.
